You are invited to attend our July Members’ Open Meeting, in the Council Chambers, West Bromwich Town Hall, Lodge Road, West Bromwich B70 8DY. We will have a mix of entertainment and more serious discussion.
Come and enjoy the fantastic musical skills and talents of SVI members. The afternoon will begin with a performance from SVI Rocks, with our very own Sarah-Ann and Rodrigo from Misfits Music. They will entertain us with music and songs to raise our spirits and promote positivity.
In the second part of the afternoon, we will give you more information on our campaign to save our service. Sandwell Council officers have been invited to join us to update us on their decision to reduce our funding. Local councillors have also been invited, and we are pleased to say that several of them have said they can come.
SVI is a user-led organisation, and it belongs to you, the members. We believe it is vital that we retain our user-led approach. If you would like to get more involved in SVI, please let us know.
Refreshments will be provided. And there will be a raffle.
Please book your own transport. Your travel costs will be met if you live in Sandwell and have a receipt for your journey.
