We are pleased to invite you to our twenty second Annual Forum, to be held on Monday 16 November, 9.30am to 3pm at the Portway Lifestyle Centre, Newbury Lane, Oldbury B69 1HE.
We welcome:
- Mayor of Sandwell Councillor Margaret Sutton who will open the day .
- Guest speaker Russ Stephenson, Eye Clinic Liaison Officer at the Midlands Eye Centre. Russ a visually impaired person himself will speak of his life and experiences as an ECLO.
- Guest speaker Shafiq Ahmed, retired Social Worker, and his journey of learning English.
Transport can be arranged to bring SVI members to and from the event.
Lunch will be provided.
Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to explore a variety of interesting exhibitor stands, discover new services and products.
You can also take part in our raffle, which will help raise valuable funds for SVI.
After lunch, take some time to browse the exhibition stands, catch up with friends, or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
