Our office team have a wealth of experience in the challenges that blind and visually impaired people face in accessing information. We are happy to help. If we don’t know the answer we can find out who does. And if we feel that you will get more in-depth support from another service we can make a referral on your behalf for specialist support. For example, we can refer you to the Council’s Sensory Services or Welfare Rights teams.
