Sound bath success

Sophie from Beat It Percussion held the last of a series of Sound Bath sessions here at SVI on 10 February. She had already held five sessions during 2025.

Many participants regularly attended as they felt great benefit from hearing a variety of sounds made by gongs and bells in a relaxed meditative setting.

Some people nodded off during the sessions and even the guide dogs were chilled out!

Thanks, Sophie!

These sessions were organised as part of our SEE (Support, Empowerment and Experience) project which has just ended. We hope to organise more Sound Baths in future as part of our general activities.
