Public Engagement open on West Midlands Combined Authority Equality Scheme 2022-24

The West Midlands Combined Authority have opened their Public Engagement on the WMCA’s Equality Scheme for 2022 to 2024 relating to transport in the West Midlands.  They would like your feedback. Here is a message from them about how you can share your comments on the scheme.

Equality Scheme 2022-2024

The West Midlands Combined Authority’s Equality Scheme sets out our vision and objectives for promoting inclusion and tackling inequalities over the next three years. The scheme is divided into a number of sections, including an action plan, which together provide a complete picture of our approach to equality, diversity and inclusion to help improve the lives of everyone who lives and works in the West Midlands.

We are open for public engagement until 25 February 2022 and we invite you to share your comments on the scheme and its actions by completing our online questionnaire. We’d be truly grateful for your input and feedback as it will help shape the final version of the scheme.

You can read the full Equality Scheme to learn more.

The Equality Scheme is also readily available in Audio format, Easy Read and Plain English.

If you want help in completing the questionnaire, or would like a copy of this document in a form better suited to your needs, please contact our Customer Services Team at customerservices@wmca.org.uk or telephone us on 0345 303 6760.
