Mens’ wellbeing sessions

SVI’s men’s group having fun

Our Mens’ Wellbeing sessions ended on a high with everyone wanting to continue the momentum of social contact on a regular basis. Conor and Benny from ‘Beyond Equality’ delivered a series of three free workshops looking at support, relationships, friendships and exploring life from a man’s point of view. In true SVI style, refreshments were provided as well as a supportive, safe space to get together.

Feedback has been very positive. Here’s what some of our men said:

‘Brilliant’

‘Very good’

‘The sessions have been great and a really good idea’

Everyone in the group wants to continue to meet up in some form or other as the sessions have provided useful information and a sense of social connection. Ideas that have been suggested are regular meetups and social events.

Watch this space!
