The third helping of our exciting Indian cookery class, specially designed to cater for people with varying degrees of sight loss, was again a great success. Hosted again by Krupa and Kiran Patel, the third session again produced a delicious Paneer Tikka Masala and Mint Yoghurt Dip. If you fancy trying it for yourself please find the ingredients below:
Ingredient for Dry Paneer Tikka Masala
• 250g paneer…….(or fish or chicken)
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1 onion
• 2 tsp spoon garlic paste
• 2 tsp spoon ginger paste
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• 2 tsp tandoori masala powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 table spoon yogurt
• oil
• salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
Mint Yogurt Dip
• 1 small bowl Greek yogurt
• 1 or 2 spoon mint sauce
• salt
• sugar
