We are pleased to invite you to our 20th Annual Forum, to be held on Monday 18 November at Portway Lifestyle Centre, Newbury Lane, Oldbury B69 1HE. Registration starts at 9.30am, lunch is provided and the event closes at 3pm.
We welcome:
- Mayor of Sandwell Councillor Syeda Khatun MBE who will open the day.
- Guest speaker Steve Nutt who will talk to us about his life and times and the work he does to make technology simpler to access for us all.
- Jonathan from the Birmingham Royal Ballet who will speak to us about audio described ballet.
By way of a contrast, we will be entertained by our very own SVI rock choir who will help us to kick off our 20th birthday celebrations.
Transport can be organised for you to get to the event and lunch is provided. There will be a range of interesting exhibitors for you to visit during the day and a raffle will be held to help raise funds for SVI.
After lunch, you can browse the stands or just relax and chat with friends.
If you would like to attend, please complete the Attendance Booking Form 2024 and return by email by Friday 1 November 2024 to info@sandwellvisuallyimpaired.org.uk.
