Office hours
There is usually someone in the office in Monday to Thursday mornings between 9.30 to 1pm. Our staff all work part time, so we may be out at meetings, events and activities with no office cover available. It’s best to contact us via phone or email in advance if you wish to come and see us.

Visit or write to us
Our office address: SVI, West Bromwich Town Hall, Lodge Road, West Bromwich, B70 8AY. If you are visiting, come round to the back door of the Town Hall, and follow the yellow railings. There are clear signs outside our office and a door entry system with braille. It’s best to call us before you come because we are not in the office all the time.

Safeguarding concerns
Any safeguarding concern should be raised with a member of SVI staff and/or the relevant organisation representative. Or contact SVI’s Safeguarding Lead, Kiran Patel, on safeguarding@sandwellvisuallyimpaired.org.uk
