At Portway Lifestyle Centre. These sessions offer you the chance to come to Portway and get support on the gym equipment. These sessions are held each Tuesday from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm.
Whether you are a good swimmer or just want to splash about, come along and join in. The sessions will take place from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm – please allow yourself time to get changed ready to dive in at 3.00 pm!
