Together we can make a difference.
Through their Get Families Talking project, SmartLyte provide free sims and mobile data (as well as talk minutes and texts) to people in communities who need it. It’s like a ‘food bank’ but for internet connectivity data. The project has been supporting individuals and families who are cut off from the basic daily activities most people in our country take for granted.
SVI is pleased to be working with SmartLyte to support blind and visually impaired people to get connected with this vital service.
If you aren’t online at home yet or have a weak broadband connection, it’s worth coming along to this workshop. Salim of SmartLyte will tell you more about this exciting project aiming to get everyone online.
