Mindfulness – session 1

Mindfulness is an awareness training course which can help with stress reduction, anxiety, improved health and wellbeing along with many other benefits. It is facilitated at our offices in West Bromwich using a variety of techniques including meditation.
Booking is essential for these sessions which are every week for four weeks. You will be expected to attend for all of the four sessions.
