Come and find your Zen! This four-week course will be run by our Information and Support Worker, Cassie, who is also a qualified Mindfulness instructor.
Every Monday from 9 September until 30 September 2019.
Mindfulness session runs 4pm until 5pm. Followed by an informal discussion over a cup of tea until 5.30pm.
The course is a combination of mindfulness based cognitive therapy and stress reduction. It is a wonderful way to learn how to relax and deal with the stresses of everyday life.
Research has shown that Mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety, improves health and wellbeing, increases confidence and self-esteem along with many more amazing benefits.
The course will include a variety of techniques, meditations and teachings to help you find a sense of calm, clarity and relaxation.
