DESCRIPTION:This session will be around 90 minutes long. It will cover what happens to our bodies during menopause and how we can improve our health and wellbeing. This includes bone health\, heart health and mental wellbeing\, and the risks and benefits of HRT. It will also be an opportunity for women to share their own experiences\, thoughts and concerns. \nLina Martino\, a consultant from Sandwell Council’s Public Health team will lead the session. \nLight refreshments will be available. \nContact us to book your place.
