This session offers you the chance to come to Portway and get some support on the gym equipment. These sessions are held each Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm. Meet at 9.45am in the main reception area. As the gym has recently been refurbished, for the first couple of weeks in 2025, we will be giving more support in the use of the new equipment that is accessible to us.
