Do you want to learn more about how to have positive mental health?  We are delighted to welcome back Saeed Nasser, a qualified counsellor who is himself visually impaired. Saeed will be sharing his knowledge with us about all matters relating to mental health.

This session will cover the causes of stress and anxiety and ways to manage it, with useful tools and tips to help you along life’s journey!

Please email or call the office and we will send you a zoom link on the day.
