Free Sound Bath sessions starting Monday 6 January – 1 pm to 2.30 pm
Treat yourself to some rest and relaxation in 2025! Enjoy being immersed in beautiful sounds. Beat It Percussion’s sound relaxation sessions offer you an unusual and effective way to experience deep relaxation, ideal for anyone who is busy, feeling stressed or tired after the excitement (and even ‘stress’) of Christmas.
We’re delighted to let you know that Beat It Percussion will be delivering some more Sound Bath sessions here at the SVI office. The first session will be held on 6 January between 1pm and 2.30pm for six consecutive weeks ending on 10 February 2025. Each session is approximately one hour and there will be time afterwards for a cuppa and a chat. If you missed the opportunity last time to come along, grab it now as numbers are strictly limited due to the size of our common room. One of the large gongs takes up the space of a person and Lynn or Sophie will move about the room with the instruments to make sure that the sounds reach every corner.
