We have five more Wednesday afternoon sessions left here at SVI in West Bromwich led by the lively (and lovely) Sarah-Ann Cromwell who has a wealth of experience and information to give you about having more confidence, less fear and how to combat those anxious feelings.  We’ve learned a lot already from the first session and are starting to put her tips into practice.  Meet old and new friends and positively rewire your brain.
