Get creative with drumming

Mendi Singh with his tabla drums in the Sahara desert

Creative Change Drumming Workshops

We’re excited to announce our forthcoming drumming workshops led by professional drummer Mendi Singh. Workshops start on 13 November.

Join us to fine tune your rhythm and drumming techniques. These fun, drumming workshops will spark your imagination. No previous experience is required. As broadcast on BBC Radio 4 Intouch, from an absolute beginner to a skilled percussionist, all are welcome for this ten session (two sessions a month) drumming workshop. Bring a drum, a saucepan, a tin can…the possibilities are endless! We’re going to get creative.

Tabla drummer, Mendi Singh will instruct us through the stages of drumming. At the end of the workshops we will do a drumming presentation at our March 2024 open meeting.

Listen to a promotional audio track about the sessions.
